According to Fashat Ali Khan Shanu, PRO of senior Uttar Pradesh minister Mohd Azam Khan, family members of the four deceased shall be entitled to ex-gratia payment of Rs 10 lakh each.
Khan, who is in Columbia in the US, expressed his anguish over the incident and alleged that "grave negligence" led to the deaths, the PRO said.
Four labourers -- Nasir (35), Pappu (32), Sunder (30) and Nirmal (33) -- deied while three others were injured while cleaning a tank at the liquor factory.
