Lowe Lintas bags Pernod Ricard's creative account

Media agency Lowe Lintas has bagged the creative mandate for the flagship brands of liquor major Pernod Ricard India.
"Lowe Lintas, Delhi will be the second agency to work on the wide portfolio of brands of Pernod Ricard in a dual agency format in the country," Lowe Lintas said in a statement today.
The agency was shortlisted after a multi-agency pitch, it added.
"The Lowe Lintas team showcased their ability to think in a very non-linear way and that's what made the selection decision easy for us, we look forward to harnessing Lowe Lintas' expertise to make sure the team delivers some amazing work," Pernod Ricard India executive director for business development Sumeet Lamba said.
The agency would be handling the mandate of some of the leading brands marketed by Pernod Ricard in the country, including Absolut, Blenders Pride, and Nine Hills among others.
Pernod Ricard India is a fully owned subsidiary of Pernod Ricard of France.
It holds one of the most comprehensive and premium portfolios in the industry led by Indian whiskies such as Royal Stag, Blenders Pride and Imperial Blue, along with the home-grown wine sold under the brand name Nine Hill and Indian vodka - Fuel.
The company also distributes some of the leading international brands including Chivas Regal, Seagram's 100 Pipers, Ballantine's, The Glenlivet and Royal Salute Scotch whiskies.
