The "Crash My Party" singer suffered a broken clavicle after a biking accident last week and took the stage in Greenback, Tennessee with his arm in a sling, reported Contactmusic.
Luke continued to play through the pain with shows in Kentucky and Indiana over the weekend and on Sunday he checked in to a hospital to have an operation on his injured arm.
"Heading to surgery. Ugh," he captioned a Twitter snap of himself and a driver en route to the undisclosed medical centre.
He returned to Twitter to share an X-ray of his broken bones held together by a metal pin.
"All good. Got me some metal," he commented.
Bryan, 40, will resume his Farm Tour trek in Batesville, Mississippi.
