Luke Perry paid a touching tribute to Shannen Doherty as he reunited with their "Beverly Hills, 90210" co-stars at an Illinois fan event.
Doherty, who is battling breast cancer, was noticeably absent as Perry joined Jennie Garth, Tori Spelling, Jason Priestley, Gabrielle Carteris, Christine Elise, and Vincent Young at REWindCon in Bloomingdale, reported People magazine.
However, Perry made sure to give his former onscreen girlfriend a shout out as they reminisced about their time on the show.
"None of us are up here today without Shannen," he told fans.
"She's been through a lot. She's not doing well right now but sometimes her contributions are minimised... But she's a very big part of the success of this show. She taught me a lot. I'm glad she was my scene partner. She was great at what she did in the character with me."
The pair played boyfriend and girlfriend Dylan McKay and Brenda Walsh on the hit 1990s series, which ran until 2000.
Doherty, 45, went public with her breast cancer battle last year and has been documenting her health crisis on Instagram.
The actress, who is currently undergoing chemotherapy, recently admitted the disease has turned her into a completely different person.
