Luxury shopping mall Palladium Chennai set up in city

: Leading retail mall developer The Phoenix Mills Ltd has set up the second luxury shopping centre Palladium Chennai after setting up its first centre in Mumbai.
The first Palladium Centre was set up in Mumbai, according to The Phoenix Mills Ltd., Joint MD, Atul Ruia.
The Phoenix Mills Ltd manages 6 million square feet of retail space spread across eight malls in six cities across the country.
The Phoenix Mills had earlier set up Phoenix Market City at Velachery in Chennai spread across 25 lakh acres.
Palladium Chennai is spread across 2.50 lakh square foot with 75 stores across three levels. It has several brands like Canali, Michael Kors, Coach, Hugo Boss, Paul and Shark, a press release said.
Crest Ventures is the joint venture partner with The Phoenix Mills Ltd for Palladium Chennai.
"We spearheaded the change of luxury shopping in India way back in 2008 when we opened the first Palladium centre in Mumbai", Ruia said in a statement.
"It gives us great pride to open our second luxury centre in city of Chennai. We have ensured that Palladium offers unparalleled experience of luxury..", he said.
"In keeping with the luxury character of Palladium, the mall will incorporate artistic projects alongside its contemporary design and luxury stores", Crest Ventures Ltd., Managing Director, Vijay Choraria said.
