The CW revamp of the hit '90s series centres on the trio who discover their witch identity after their mother's death, E! Online reported.
Mantock will play the oldest sister Macy, who is a practical and ambitious geneticist. She is shocked to know that she has magical powers.
While Diaz will portray the role of middle sister Mel, who is a lesbian and an outspoken activist who loses her way after the tragedy.
The youngest sister, Madison, will be played by Sarah Jeffery. Madison is a vivacious woman whose two lives - as a college freshman and a witch - conflicts with her goal of being a sorority girl.
Jennie Urman is the showrunner, with the pilot script been written by Jessica O'Toole and Amy Rardin.
