Magisterial probe ordered in Ghaziabad building collapse

A magisterial probe has been ordered into the collapse of an under-construction building here, which killed one person and injured seven others.
District Magistrate Vimal Kumar Sharma has ordered a magisterial probe into the circumstances leading to the collapse the building in Tronica City (Loni) on November 30.
The probe will be conducted by Loni Sub Divisional Magistrate Jai Pal Singh who will submit his report before the district administration within 15 days.
Sharma said that Magistrate has been ordered to probe the irregularities of all government departments concerned and others.
UPSIDC project officer A K Trivedi had yesterday said, he had already issued a notice to the owner of the industrial plot, Chunne Khan, on November 27 for constructing the building without any sanctioned map.
