Maha Governor extends Ramzan Eid greetings to people

Maharashtra Governor C Vidyasagar Rao has extended his greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr (Ramzan Id).
In a message, the Governor said, "The entire world is ready to celebrate the holy festival of Eid al-Fitr (Ramzan Eid) which marks the culmination of the holy month of Ramzan. Ramzan helps to achieve inner purity through fasting, prayers, penance and charity."
"I extend my heartiest greetings to Muslim brothers and sisters from Maharashtra on the auspicious occasion of Eid and pray for peace, happiness and prosperity to all, particularly to the poor and neglected sections of society," he said.
