MHRIL had posted a net profit of Rs 30.24 crore in the corresponding quarter of 2015-16, the company said in a BSE filing.
Total income during the quarter under review stood at Rs 276.71 crore as against Rs 253.94 crore in the year ago period, up 8.96 per cent.
MHRIL Managing Director and CEO Kavinder Singh said: "Our focus on creating new family leisure experiences at our resorts along with continuous improvement and digitisation in customer facing processes has enabled growth in resort income, vacation ownership income and profit after tax."
Stock of the company closed 2.68 per cent down at Rs 388.40 apiece on BSE.
