The new postings involved three lieutenant generals and two major generals, state-run media reported today.
Lt Gen Naweed Zaman was posted as General Officer Commanding of the Lahore-based IV Corps while Lt Gen Khalid Asghar was posted as the Inspector General (Communications and IT) at the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi.
Lt Gen Mazhar Jamil was posted as Military Secretary at the General Headquarters and Maj Gen Abid Ejaz Kahloon was named the Divisional Commander of 40 Division.
