Major cities of Bihar witnesses increase in minimum temp

People of Bihar today experienced yet another bright and sunny day that pushed the minimum temperature up by few notches.
The increase in minimum temperature has further abated the cold weather at night in major cities of Patna, Gaya, Bhagalpur and Purnea.
As per the Met bulletin, the minimum temperature of Patna was recorded at 13.1 degrees Celsius against yesterday's 10.1 degrees Celsius.
The city's maximum temperature, however, witnessed a marginal decline at 27 degrees Celsius from yesterday's 27.4 degrees Celsius.
Gaya and Bhagalpur too witnessed increase in their minimum temperature between two to four degrees Celsius in past 24 hours registering minimum temperature of 13.1 and 14.3 degrees Celsius respectively, Met office said.
While Purnea did not witness any change in its minimum temperatture at 11.8 degree celsius.
Bhagalpur and Purnea recorded the highest maximum temperature of the state at 28.2 degrees followed by Gaya at 26.3 degrees respectively.
The state's lowest minimum temperature was recorded at 9 degrees Celsius at Sabour in Bhagalpur district.
The Met office has forecast clear sky in the four major cities of Patna, Gaya, Bhagalpur and Purnea tomorrow.
