Man arrested for raping minor in Uttar Pradesh

A man was arrested for allegedly raping a four-year-old girl Tuesday in a village in the Bahjoi area here, police said.

The incident took place when the girl had gone to watch television at a neighbour's house, following which he allegedly raped her, they said.

An FIR has been registered in this connection, police said, adding that the girl has been sent for a medical examination.
