Man arrested for snatching mobile phone
Kewal Kumar Singh, 26, who hails from Chhattarpur Enclave here, was nabbed on July 25 by the special crime branch team following a tip off that he would visit an area in South Extension.
Singh, who is working as sales manager in a private firm, told the investigators that he snatched the mobile phone to impress his girlfriend, police said, adding that the mobile has been recovered from him.
A complaint was lodged on July 2 by Manini Ojha that her mobile had been snatched by a motorcycle-borne person when she talking on phone, they said.
