A 25-year-old man was arrested with MD drug worth Rs 10 lakh here on Tuesday, police said.
Vikram Sudhir Thakur, a resident of suburban Govandi, was arrested from the Fort area in South Mumbai by the Azad Maidan unit of the Anti-Narcotics Cell of the city police, an official said.
He was found in possession of 200 gram of MD (mephedrone), a banned narcotic substance, worth Rs 10 lakh, he said.
A case has been registered against the accused under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS Act) and further probe was underway, the official added.
