Rinku Kumar, a resident of Bamyal area of Punjab's Pathankot district was arrested in an anti-drug operation and 277 banned SPM-PRX capsules were seized from him, a police officer said.
A case has been registered at Kathua police station and investigation is underway, he said.
Kumar was on bail in connection to another case where he was arrested few months ago with his associate Raj Kumar and 420 Banned SPM-PRX capsules were seized from his possession, the officer added.
