The accused has been identified as Vikram, they said.
The miscreants had last night threatened to eliminate shop owner Pooran Chand Soni and his son Deepak Soni if they failed to pay ransom of Rs 6 crore by May 31 night.
Following the threat, shop owners lodged a complaint with the police. Two cops were deployed with shop owners at their shop for their security, police said.
When Vikram along with his two accomplices came to shop today, they attacked shop owners.
Vikram, who received bullet injury in the incident, was nabbed by police while two other accused fled from the scene, police said.
Case under various section of IPC was registered against accused, police said adding that efforts were on to trace other accused.
