Mohsin has been booked on charges of murder for shooting his sister Reshma (25) and injuring his mother Tari (50) and sister-in-law Farzana over a family dispute here, SP Rakesh Jolly said.
The accused had an argument last evening with his married sister over a family issue. Flying into a rage, he shot her dead and injured his mother when she tried to rescue her daughter, he said.
Efforts are on to nab the accused, Jolly added.
