Man dies in quarry mishap

A 65-year-old man died after being hit by shooting stone while he was working in a quarry in Bandipora district of north Kashmir.
Saif-ud-Din Sheikh of S K Bala area of the district died on the spot after the stone hit him, a police spokesman said.
He said a case has been registered and the body was handed over to Sheikh's relatives.
