Umesh was living in the area with his wife since last few years. They owned three houses in the same locality, police said.
Police said that on receiving a call from one of the residents of the area, they reached the spot and rushed Umesh to a hospital, where the doctors declared him brought dead.
It is suspected that he was murdered.
Police are scanning the CCTV footage from adjoining areas to ascertain who the killers were. A few people are also being questioned.
