Man gets life sentence for raping woman

A local court has sentenced a man to life imprisonment for abducting and raping a woman.
District and Sessions Judge Umesh Chander Pandey yesterday convicted Pramod for abducting and raping the married woman in Parsamalik area of the district.
Pramod had abducted the woman on April 22, 2008 and later raped her.
