Judge A K Paliwal passed the order against Nitin Yadav, the accused, finding him guilty under relevant sections of Indian Penal Code and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) Act.
Yadav was accused of luring the girl, who lived next door, and raping her in Mhow area, 25 km from here, on November 10, 2010, said Additional Public Prosecutor Vishal Anand Shrivastava.
