The Union Minister of State for Panchayti Raj Nihal Chand Meghwal alleged that he received a phone call from a man last night, in Srigangangar district, and that he spoke to him in an indecent manner.
The man identified as one Ashok was arrested when the minister, who hails from Sriganganagar district, informed about the matter. He was caught from Purani Basti area, SP Sriganganagar Hari Prasad Sharma said.
The man has been arrested under section 151 of the IPC for breaching peace.
