Police yesterday arrested the accused, identified as Ramavathar Thakur (40), who is working as a labourer.
The girl, allegedly raped by the accused several times in the last six months, is found to be pregnant.
The teenager didn't disclose the matter to anyone as Thakur had threatened to kill her if she did so, the Hyderabad Police said in a release.
The matter came to light after the girl's mother took her to a hospital after she complained of uneasiness, police said, adding that doctors found her four-month pregnant after examination.
Thakur was booked under appropriate sections of the IPC and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POSCO).
