Doctor Manoj Kumar was shot dead on July 14 in the village while he was returning from his clinic, police said.
During investigation, Kumar's younger brother Ankit was found involved in the crime and arrested today, SP (Rural) Ajay Sehdev said.
Ankit was allegedly in an illicit relationship with Kumar's wife. Kumar had opposed the relationship following which the accused killed him, he said.
Sehdev said the accused has confessed to killing his brother. Police had earlier registered a case against unidentified person before zeroing-in on Ankit.
