Ashok Kumar, resident of Sidhra area of Jammu, was arrested today along with 42 pouches of illicit liquor, during a surprise checking by the police at the Tawi Bridge in Sidra area of Jammu city, they said.
A case under various sections of the Excise act has been registered against the accused and investigations initiated, they said.
