"Mine blast wounded right foot heel and ankle of Seva Ram, son of Sawran Das, resident of Sariya part of Jhangar when he accidentally stepped on it this afternoon," Jammu based defense PRO Lt Col Manish Mehta said.
Ram was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment, he said.
