The body of a man, kidnapped by unknown gunmen in Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir, was recovered today near a school, police said.
Tariq Hussain Mohand (30) was found dead near Higher Secondary School Arwani, a police official said.
He said Mohand was kidnapped by unknown gunmen from his home in Heff area of Shopian, in south Kashmir, yesterday evening.
The official said body has been sent for post-mortem and police have registered a case.
