The victim Prakash was stabbed by Sivakumar suspecting him of running an affair with his wife, police said.
The incident happened at a private clinic here yesterday and shocked those present around.
Prakash was declared 'brought dead' at a government hospital, police said, adding, Sivakumar has been arrested.
