Man kills sister, property angle suspected

A 27-year-old man allegedly stabbed to death his elder sister in South Delhi's R K Puram area in the wee hours today, with initial investigations pointing to a property dispute.
The accused Mohinder called up police and reported that he had murdered his 30-year-old sister Jyoti.
The incident took place around 3 AM in R K Puram's Sector 3. When a police team reached the spot, it found Jyoti's lifeless body lying in a pool of blood.
"Mohinder had some injuries on his body which were probably caused during a scuffle between him and the deceased. He was taken to a nearby hospital for first aid following which he was arrested," said a senior police official.

Their parents had passed away and Mohinder was jobless.
Initial investigations suggest that Mohinder killed his sister as he feared that she will take control of parental property after her marriage.
