Jubair Ahmed, owner of a footwear shop who withdrew the amount from the bank was sitting on his motorcycle and talking over phone when the accused persons came from behind and snatched the bag, SHO Manju Singh Yadav said.
The accused fled from the spot. Efforts are on to ascertain their identity, she said.
