Man shoots self dead in Ghaziabad

A 45-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself with a pistol at his residence here, police said today.
Vijendra Sharma was found dead at his residence in Indirapuram area, they said adding the incident happened late last night.
The reason behind his taking the extreme step was not immediately known as no suicide note was found at the scene, police said.
Vijendra, who lived with his family in Makan Pur village, was apparently upset due to some reason which was yet to be established, police said.
The body, which bore bullet wounds, had been sent for post mortem, they said.
