The CLA EVO range of heavy commercial vehicle is manufactured at the Pithampur plant of Man Trucks India, the company said in a statement.
Commenting on the development, Man Trucks India Chairman and Managing Director Joerg Mommertz said with the expected implementation of GST, vehicles utilisation is expected to increase significantly and the CLA EVO range would perform well in the "demanding and arduous construction and trailer segments".
The CLA EVO range is powered by a 300HP engine complying with BS IV emission norms.
