Man trying to save wife who set herself ablaze dies

: A man who tried to save his wife when she tried to commit suicide by setting herself ablaze at Coorlingapuram in the district died at sivakasi government hospital today, police said.
They said the woman set herself ablaze last night due to a family dispute. Seeing this her huband rushed to save her, but he too suffered serious burn injuries.
Both of them were hospitalised and the man passed away today without responding to treatment, while his wife is still in critical condition, they said.
