The accused, Ram Chander, was produced before a local court which remanded him in judicial custody.
The co-accused in the case had earlier been arrested.
A case of rape was registered against the duo on March 18, 2001 on a complaint filed by a student of Class X of Berli Khurd village near Jatusana, police sources said.
