Man with knife arrested outside UK parliament: police

A man with a knife has been arrested outside the British parliament today, police said, adding that there were no reports of any casualties.
"The man -- aged in his 30s -- was arrested on suspicion of possession of a knife," London's Scotland Yard police headquarters said in a statement.
