Mahesh Mangaonkar and Harinder Pal Singh Sandhu lead the entries in the men's competition of the 75th CCI Western India Open 2018 squash championship commencing here on December 17.
Ranjit Singh and Vikram Malhotra are the joint third and fourth seeds while Vikram Malhotra, Abhishek Agarwal, Abhishek Pradhan, Jamal Sakib and Yash Fadte are seeded in the 5-8th bracket, a media release said on Saturday.
Concurrently, the Cricket Club of India would also be conducting the CCI 10th Indian Junior Open 2018.
Both the tournaments will be organised under the aegis of the national squash body, SRFI, and state association, MSRA.
The men's competition has attracted 75 entries while the juniors event has attracted 395 entries and would comprise 10 events for boys and girls in different age groups from Under-11 to Under-19, the release added.
