"I strongly condemn the blast, this is a terrorist act and nothing else. I do share the sentiment of the family of the victims," Singh said in a Facebook post.
Banned militant outfit Kangleipak Communist Part (Peoples' War Group), in an email circulated to local media houses here, has claimed responsibility for blast.
At least 10 people were injured, two of them critically, when unidentified miscreants hurled a hand grenade at Tera Loukram Leirak area in Imphal West district, police said.
