The film, which will be produced under the banner Manoj Bajpayee Productions Pvt Ltd, will star Tabu alongside the 46-year-old "Shool" actor.

The actor is co-producing the film with Neeraj Pandey. "Missing" will be directed by debutante Mukul Abhyankar.
