A Maoist camp was busted and some materials belonging to the rebels were seized by security forces inside a forest in Odisha's Kandhamal district, police said today.
The camp was spotted during a combing operation by the personnel of CRPF, district voluntary force (DVF) and Odisha's premier anti-naxal SOG yesterday, Kandhamal Superintendent of Police J N Pankaj said.
However, no Maoist was nabbed during the operation conducted in Hatimunda forest, he said.
Some literature, seized from the camp, is written in Odia and English, a police official said.
