A group of armed ultras stormed into Patamunda village late last night and took Samuel Bodra with them on the pretext of a meeting, Inspector In-Charge of Pallahara Police Station, Nityananda Jena said.
Bodra's body with his hands and legs tied with a rope was found on the outskirts of the village this morning, he said, adding the villagers found some Maoist posters near the body.
The posters recovered from the site mentioned the name of Kalinganagar-Ghumusar Divisional Committee of the CPI (Maoists), police said.
