Married woman raped by two

A 38-year-old married woman was
allegedly drugged and raped by two persons after she took lift from one of the accused in Bhinder Kalan village, police said today.
The two accused were booked yesterday on the charges of raping a married woman, they said.
One of accused, Kulvinder Singh, was known to the victim while the other one is yet to be identified, they added.
The victim had alleged in her complaint that while she was waiting for a bus in Bhinder Kalan village, Singh approached her and offered her a lift to village Datta, police said.
Since the accused was known to the victim, she accepted the offer and got into his car.

While they were on their way, Singh called his accomplice and asked him to meet them on the way, she told the police.

Instead of going to her village, Singh drove her to a tubewell where the co-accused stood with covered face, police said.
They forcibly administered her an intoxicating substance and raped her. The woman later narrated the incident to her family, they said.
Police said that efforts were being taken to nab the accused.
