A meeting presided over Surya Pratap Singh, Principal Secretary Secondary Education was attended by principals of all schools here.
"Hindrances coming in the way of free and fair examination would be removed and arrangements will be made at Tehsil level to overcome problems speedily," said District Magistrate Rajesh Kumar giving details about the meeting.
Singh has also assured the principals that adequate force at the examination centre would be available, the DM said.
All principals were advised to take a pledge of ensuring cheating free examination.
It has also been decided that if the centre of a school is changed, then teachers of that school would not be given responsibility of invigilator in that centre, he said.
"While the Identity card of invigilators would be supplied by state board, the teachers deputed at distance centre would reach a day earlier in that area," the DM said.
Meanwhile, Director of Education Avadh Naresh Sharma assured the principals to fill vacant posts of teachers.
"The vacant posts of teachers would be filled shortly by selection board. Special probe would be done in case the students of a particular school are placed in merit list again and again," Sharma assured.
