The estate, which housed Amy Poehler and Rachel McAdams' characters in the 2004 classic, has been listed by Sotheby's International Realty for USD 14.8 million.
While the film took place in suburban Illinois, the scenes were shot in Toronto, Canada, reported Us magazine.
Sotheby has described the home in its listing as "an exquisite NeoClassical Solid Stone Estate that features the perfect balance of grandeur and elegance."
The 20,000-square foot property includes 11 bedrooms, a six-car garage and 12 bathrooms. It stands on two acres of private property which features an oversized pool, a regulation size tennis court, and a separate 1,000-square foot stone cottage.
