Mediclaim for Tollywood's artists and technicians

West Bengal government today said artists and technicians of the Bengali film industry would be covered under medical insurance facilities.
Launching it after inaugurating the Kolkata International Film Festival here, Mamata Banerjee said mediclaim facilities would now be available for artists and technicians.
She also said Banga Bibhushan awardees would get rental accommodation assistance from the state government besides a new health treatment scheme.
Veteran actress Supriya Devi was the first one to get benefited under this plan.
