Mill, 28, who has a supporting act in Minaj's tour upset the crowd when he showed up onstage two hours late, reported Aceshowbiz.
He was originally scheduled to perform at 8 pm, according to concert promoter Live Nation Ontario, but he started his set at 10 pm.
Reports said that the Philly native was held up at the Canadian border for hours.
When Mill finally arrived at the Molson Amphitheatre, angry fans in the audience started booing him. He only performed a total of four songs before exiting the stage.
Interestingly, Mill found himself engaging in a brief Twitter feud with Toronto councillor Norm Kelly a week before he was detained at the Canadian border and subsequently came late to the show.
