Roy told reporters today that apart from the two, Odhisa Congress leader Arya Kumar Gyanendra has also joined the party along with supporters and many others from different parts of the country were in talks with the party leadership.
"We are in talks with a lot of people from different parts of the country. We want to participate in the general elections from a number of places. TMC will soon become a national party," Roy said.
Roy said that Mooshahary, Dubey and Gyanandra would boost the party's presence in their respective states.
Mooshahary, a native of Assam and a former IPS officer of Kerala cadre, was the DGP of Kerala, NSG and BSF and was the Governor of Meghalaya after retirement from service.
Roy said that Dubey was a seven-time MLA from Bihar and Jharkhand and was also a member of the 14th Lok Sabha and a minister in the Congress government in Jharkhand in 2013.
