MES President Dr P A Fazal Gafoor exchanged the agreement for digitizing to Aries Estrrado founder and DirectorMonish here yesterday, a release from the Aries group said today.
Once digitization drive is completed, educational institutions under MES will be fully operational through Information and Communication technologies, it said.
"The digitisation will be implemented in three phases, the first phase will be integrations of all the institutions into one central cloud system, while student academics and parental processes will be enabled in second phase and student security using GPS and RFID systems will be executed in the third stage", the release quoted a top official of Aries Estrrado as saying.
