Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today said he has transferred his email account to his office and messages received on it will be acted upon and he will try to tweet about the updates.
"Limited, very patchy internet access, not able to access anything. Those who want to write can mail at gupkar@gmail.Com. Account transferred to office to handle volume of messages received but all will be read and actioned (acted upon)," Omar wrote on micro-blogging site Twitter.
The Chief minister said he will try to tweet updates as and when possible.
"Will try to tweet updates when possible, have been giving regular updates to AIR (All India Radio)," he said.
The Chief Minister said that he was open to criticism but appealed to media to play fair by getting the government point of view as well.
"Finally, an appeal to the media criticism is welcome but pls try & get govt point of view too as it's only fair," he added.
