MG Group to unveil two coaches to mark 1 lakh buses milestone

MG Group, a private bus-builder, today announced that it will unveil two new coachesnext week to mark 1,00,000 buses milestone since its inception.
The group will be unveiling the special application coach, 'Columbus,' which has been fully designed, developed and engineered by it, the company said in a release.
It said, it was also launching its flagship premium luxury coach 'Mammoth' for the Indian market.
The group said the celebrations to commemorate 20 years of bus building will kickstart at Busworld India 2016 at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) here, from November 10 to 12.
'Mammoth,' is already being produced for International markets since itsunveiling last year at Bus World 2015, in Mumbai.

It is now being introduced to the domestic market.

Along with 'Mammoth', we are unveiling a newspecial application coach, 'Columbus,' for the export marketsas well as to take critical customer feedback to introducethis product in the domestic market in the near future," headded.

The company's clients include Mahindra & Mahindra (Truck and Bus Division) Ltd., Ashok Leyland Ltd., Tata Motors, APSRTC and TSRTC.
