Min executes 3rd party inspection in civil works in Punjab

Punjab Local Bodies Minister Anil Joshi today ordered initiation of third party inspection in all civil works for maintaining the standard of civil works besides increasing the quantity control.
A high-level team of selected officers of Local Bodies Department was dispatched to New Delhi to get the information and process of laboratory tests of material, a statement quoting the Minister said here.
Joshi said information regarding cement, steel, concrete and mortar testing, and civil design and cement pavers block test will be gathered by the team.
